America's Next Top Model: July 19

All applicants must come prepared with the following.

1. 1) Please read America’s Next Top Model Eligibility Requirements. Completed Participant application (including a signed release and waiver).
3. 2) Three photographs:
   1. - One headshot
      - One full length in clothes
      - One full length in bathing suit.
      Polaroids are acceptable as long as you are clearly visible.
      (Photos will not be returned)
   2. 
      
4. 3) Must be a legal U.S. Citizen and live in the U.S.
   Must bring legible copies of your:
   - U.S. Passport and Driver’s license; OR
   - Social Security card and birth certificate.

*Please note that the producers are looking for a variety of models including plus size models.

CW6 will handle your 3 minute video tape at the casting call and mail to show producers for you.
